The Brake controller in our company tow vehicle finally gave out after years of hard service. We decided to upgrade to a Tekonsha P3 proportional brake controller. The specific harness made installation into our 2004 F350 a breeze. The customizable display, proprietary boost settings and ease of adjustment prove the upgrade worthwhile. Our initial impression is this is the smartest trailer brake controller we have ever used. The display colors can even be changed to match your vehicle's internal lighting. The unit will control up to 4 axles and very quickly adapts to different trailers.
