We love working on this 67 Jeepster Commando. This is the coolest old school rig! Simply beautiful, finding parts can be an issue, but working with obsolete Jeep Branded items is one of our specialties.

Mustang from St. Peters Missouri gets new Yukon 3.73 gears, posi and alloy axle shafts.

Share

The sweet 1998 Ford Mustang from the 63376 is gaining the best power increase for the money by changing the rear axle gear ratio to 3.73 to 1. This means that the driveshaft will have one more full revolution for each revolution of the tire, getting the power curve into a more usable area. Chris installed the Yukon Gear ring and pinion gearset, Yukon Master install package, Yukon 1541H alloy shafts and Ford Motorsports positraction differential. The gears are set up using Ford's original pinion depth gauge set. We should be seeing fresh black marks, two lanes wide, in the St.

Wheeling with Ken Brubaker from Four Wheeler Magazine at Washita Offroad Trails

Share

We had an awesome time wheeling a great group of people at Washita Offrad trails near Farmington Missouri. We were also joined by Ken Brubaker from Four Wheeler Magazine. Everyone had a great time on the trails, which feature everything from stocker type logging roads, to house sized rocks for the big boys. The outdoor enthusiast will enjoy the view from the top of the mountain, with a view as far as the eye can see. The diversified group of rigs featured everything from 31" tire mild built TJ's to a 49"  tire high horsepower buggies.
