The engine repair crew at St. Charles Missouri's Axleboy Automotive install a fresh 4.0 liter Jeep engine into a Cherokee. The piston had disentigrated and cracked the cylinder walls.
The Jeep specialist at St. Charles based Axleboy Off-Road install a Clayton Offroad Premium 4.5" lift on a JK Unlmited from Illinois. The Clayton Lift kit fit well, and only required minor modification to work with the Dynatrac Pro-Rock 44. The intial flex via forklift shows great movement, stability and tire clearance. This aircraft maintenance stand suffered from repeated steering knuckle and spindle failures. Our GSE axle specialist machined the broken spindle from the steering knuckle, and pressed and welded an upgraded 3500lb spindle into it's place. We fix airport ground services equipment axles, differentials and steering. We distribute GSE axle parts and braking systems.
An incredible group of airport ground service equipment mechanics from St. Louis MO pitched in to build a beautiful TUG to be used at a charity in Florida called Give the Kids the World. Axleboy Remanufacturing was very excited to take part, first in donating our shop space for the mechanics to build the TUG, and finally in donating a set of our re-manufactured axles and brake assemblies to finish off the project.
